Miyajin Product ("we") sets out below how information is handled in the iOS app "Preflop Range Builder" (the "App").
1. Information we collect
- Content you create: the range charts you paint, your rank names, colours and notes, and range titles. This is stored on your device only and is never sent to our servers.
- App settings: your appearance choice (System / Light / Dark), stored on your device.
- Advertising identifiers: for advertising purposes, advertising providers may collect the IDFA (advertising identifier) and information about your device and usage.
2. How information is used
Information is used to (a) provide the App's features (creating, saving, summarising and sharing range charts), (b) fix problems and improve quality, and (c) deliver and optimise advertising.
3. Where data is stored
Everything you create is stored on your device. The App has no cloud sync, no account registration and no sign-in.
4. Sharing with third parties
- Except where required by law, we do not sell or provide your content to third parties. Your content never reaches us in the first place.
- For advertising, advertising identifiers and similar information may be sent to advertising providers such as Google AdMob. Those providers' own privacy policies apply.
5. Advertising and tracking (ATT)
- The App shows advertising through Google AdMob: a banner on the range list, and a rewarded video when you create your third or later range chart.
- If you allow tracking through iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT), the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used for personalised advertising. If you decline, you still get the full App with non-personalised advertising.
- Mechanisms such as SKAdNetwork may be used to measure advertising performance.
- In the EEA, the UK and other applicable regions, a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is shown.
6. Photo library
You can save a range chart to your photo library as an image. This only adds a photo, and only when you choose "Save Image" from the share sheet. The App never reads your photo library.
7. Third-party services we use
- Apple (App Store)
- Google AdMob (advertising) / Google User Messaging Platform (consent management)
Please refer to each provider's own privacy policy for how they handle information.
8. Keeping and deleting data
You can delete a range chart inside the App at any time. Deleting the App erases everything stored on your device. For anything else, please use our contact form.
9. International transfers
Because of the advertising providers we use, information may be processed outside your country.
10. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
11. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. We will announce significant changes in the App or on this page.
13. Contact
For questions about this policy, please use our contact form.
