Miyajin Product ("we") sets out below how information is handled in the iOS app "Revenue for AdMob" (the "App").
The App has no server of its own. Your AdMob earnings data is fetched directly from Google by your device and stored only on your device. We never receive your earnings data or your account information.
1. Information we collect
- Google account credentials: when you allow the connection on Google's sign-in screen, Google issues access keys (an access token and a refresh token). They are stored in your device's Keychain. The App never receives your Google account password.
- AdMob data: using read-only access (
admob.readonly), the App fetches:
- account information (publisher ID, currency and reporting time zone)
- the list of your apps (name, platform and store ID) and ad units
- reports (estimated earnings, ad requests, matched requests, impressions and clicks), by day and month, broken down by app, ad format, ad unit, country, app version and serving restriction
The App never changes your AdMob settings or writes any data to AdMob.
- Google account profile: your name, email address and profile picture, used only to show which account you are viewing at the top of the screen.
- Achievement and XP records: the achievements (badges) you unlock, the date, the value at the time (an earnings amount or a count), the target month, and the XP you are awarded (including values calculated from your daily earnings).
- Settings: appearance, colour theme, safe share mode, background refresh and similar settings are stored on your device only.
- Advertising identifiers: for advertising purposes, advertising providers may collect the IDFA (advertising identifier) and information about your device and usage (see section 5).
2. How we use it
Information is used to (a) display, total and analyse your AdMob earnings, (b) calculate and show achievements and XP, (c) carry your achievements and XP over to a new device, (d) fix problems, and (e) deliver, optimise and measure advertising.
3. Where data is stored
Nothing is sent to or stored on our servers. Data saved in iCloud is managed by Apple, and we cannot see it.
4. Data sent outside your device
To provide its features, the App communicates directly from your device with the following companies.
- Google: signing in and granting access, refreshing and revoking tokens, fetching data through the AdMob API, and fetching your profile and picture.
- Apple (App Store search API): to show app icons, the App sends only the App Store IDs of the apps registered in your AdMob account. No earnings data or personal information is sent.
- Apple (iCloud): your achievement and XP records are synced to your own iCloud.
- Google AdMob: advertising identifiers and similar information may be sent for advertising (see section 5).
Except where required by law, we do not sell or provide the information we collect to third parties.
5. Advertising and tracking (ATT)
- The App shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen, and a full-screen ad (which may include video) shown at most once every few times you open the App.
- If you allow tracking in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to personalise ads. If you do not allow it, you will see non-personalised ads and the App works exactly the same.
- Mechanisms such as SKAdNetwork may be used to measure advertising performance.
- In the EEA, the UK and other applicable regions, a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is shown on first launch, and no ads are requested until consent has been handled. You can change your choice at any time in the App's settings ("Ad consent settings").
- The earnings data and profile of the AdMob account you connect are never used to deliver ads.
6. Google user data
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- information received from Google is used only to provide the features described in section 2
- it is not sent or sold to our servers or to third parties (other than syncing to your own iCloud)
- it is not used to deliver ads or for advertising analysis
- no one at Miyajin Product reads it
7. Third-party services we use
- Google (Google account sign-in, AdMob API)
- Google AdMob (advertising) and Google User Messaging Platform (consent management)
- Apple (App Store, iCloud)
Please refer to each provider's own policy for details (Google privacy policy · Google advertising policy · Apple privacy policy).
8. Retention and deletion
- Disconnecting: when you disconnect in the App's settings, the App asks Google to revoke the token and deletes the tokens, AdMob data and profile from your device. You can choose whether to keep or delete your achievement and XP records.
- Revoking on Google's side: you can also revoke access without the App, from Third-party apps & services in your Google account.
- Deleting the App: data on your device is erased when you delete the App.
- iCloud records: you can delete them in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or to object to or restrict its use. Because we keep none of your information on any server, the information on your device can be erased by disconnecting or deleting the App. For information collected by advertising providers, use the consent settings above and the providers' own guidance. We do not sell personal information. If you have questions, please contact us (section 14).
10. International transfers
Because of the Google and Apple services above, information may be processed outside your country, including outside Japan.
11. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle against loss, damage and unauthorised disclosure. Tokens are kept in your device's Keychain, and all communication is encrypted (HTTPS).
12. Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. We will give notice of significant changes in the App or on this site.
14. Contact
